What You’ll Do

You will serve as the primary on-site authority for our most complex residential and light commercial projects. From custom new construction to advanced boiler and radiant heating systems, you will manage the workflow, coordinate with contractors, and ensure every installation meets our gold standard for precision. You’ll be a mentor to our apprentices and a partner to our clients, ensuring projects are completed on schedule and with absolute technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct on site management of custom builds, remodels, and complex piping layouts.

  • Perform and oversee advanced tasks, including pipe threading, welding, and system commissioning.

  • Develop timelines, material lists, and provide accurate project estimates and documentation.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for General Contractors, homeowners, and building inspectors.

  • Train and lead a team of Journeymen and Apprentices, fostering a culture of safety and growth.

  • Diagnose and resolve complex system failures and installation challenges.

  • Ensure all work adheres to the most stringent local and state plumbing codes.

What You Bring

  • Valid Colorado Master Plumber License OR Colorado Journeyman License with 6+ years of progressive experience.

  • Minimum 3 years in a formal leadership role (Crew Lead, Foreman, or Supervisor).

  • Proven expertise in boilers, in-floor radiant heating, and high-end hydronic systems.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and a clean driving record.

  • Expert proficiency in all plumbing tools, pipe-fitting techniques, and construction-grade welding.
