What You'll Do

Lead residential and light commercial plumbing projects from start to finish. You'll install and service advanced systems including boilers, in-floor radiant heating, and complex piping layouts. You'll mentor apprentices, coordinate with trades, and ensure every job meets the highest technical and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and resolve advanced plumbing and heating issues

• Interpret blueprints and manage permitting and inspections

• Mentor junior team members and delegate tasks with confidence

• Operate specialized tools and diagnostic equipment

• Communicate clearly with homeowners, contractors, and inspectors

• Provide estimates, project documentation, and jobsite oversight

• Uphold OSHA safety standards and participate in ongoing training

• Stay current with building codes, tech innovations, and safety procedures

What You Bring

• Valid Colorado Journeyman or Master Plumbing License (or eligibility)

• Minimum 4+ years of hands-on plumbing experience

• High school diploma or GED

• Strong communication, leadership, and diagnostic skills

• Experience mentoring apprentices or leading crews

• OSHA certification preferred
