Role & Responsibilities

• Minimum of two(2) years plumbing service and/or installation experience

• Experience installing and servicing hydronic heating systems, and low voltage controls

• Flexibility to tackle both service and new construction plumbing projects

• Respect and take care of company property, tools, materials and vehicles

• Supervise and train plumbing apprentices. Prior supervisory or management experience is preferred

• Proactive communicator who responds with urgency

• Exemplify problem solving skills and innovative thinking

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Ability to learn internet-based software/apps

• Must have a current Colorado residential, journeyman, or master plumbing license. If coming from out of state, must have met the requirements to obtain a CO license.

What we’ll provide

• Pay for this position ranges from $80-120K, depending on experience.

• Possibility for health, dental, vision insurance after one year of employment
